Our client, an established company in the food industry, is committed to driving improvements that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in projects that make operations smarter, more reliable, and cost-efficient. You will translate ideas into tangible results and support teams in adopting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Identify and define opportunities for process optimization (e.g., waste reduction, cost savings). Plan, facilitate, and execute improvement projects using project management tools. Recommend and implement solutions, monitor results, and report on impact. Coach and guide cross-functional teams in adopting new ways of working. Collaborate closely with departments such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Marketing. Example projects: Participation in production capacity expansion initiatives within food manufacturing. Analysis and optimization of logistics networks, including international. Your Profile Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, food technology, or business/operations management, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Structured and process-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Experience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies. Fluent in French; Dutch and English are a strong plus. Offer In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and leadership to deliver meaningful improvements.
