About the job

• AsQuantity Surveyor, you are in contact with various stakeholders inthe sales process of dossiers containing precast architecturalconcrete.
• You will make a selection from allrequests sent to them.
• You will further analyzeand work out the selected projects together with the sales staff,the production manager and the engineeringoffice.
• In consultation with sales, you preparea sales file and offer and adapt this during the sales processaccording to the customer's wishes.
• Youresearch added value creation and try to work out a price-technicalsolution based on input from production and externalsuppliers.
• Once a dossier has been sold, youand your sales colleagues ensure that the project can betransferred to the engineering office in a clear and completemanner and you support them as long as necessary to ensure thateverything is carried out as contractuallyagreed.
• You support the sales process and tryto answer the customer's wishes as well aspossible.

Forthe Quantity Surveyor position, you will join a dynamic andmotivated team who will continue to build on the company's growthwith you.

For thisposition, we are looking for someone with the followingcapabilities;

• You have a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in structural/Civilengineering.
• You have at least 2 years ofexperience in a similar position as QuantitySurveyor/Calculator.
• You can stimulate andmotivate colleagues to work out a good filetogether.
• You are administratively strong andhave an eye for detail.
• You are people-orientedand enjoy working on challenging projects.
• Youwork fluently with Officeprogrammes.
• Experience with CAD programs /Tekla is a plus.
• You are fluent in English,knowledge of French or Dutch is anasset.
