Als Projectmanager Technologie in Hoboken beheer je verschillende projecten gelijktijdig en volg je zowel de engineering (basis en detail) van je team, als de uitvoering en de opstart van je projecten op.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beheren van de scope, het budget, de timing en de kwaliteit van je projecten van A tot Z;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de projectlay-out, flow charts, input voor P&ID's en ontwerp, waarbij de veiligheid van de installatie en het proces voorop staat, maar ook vereenvoudiging van de bediening (incl. ergonomie en automatisering) en onderhoud moet worden gewaarborgd, steeds met het oog op energie efficiëntie.
- Nauw samenwerken met de aankoopdienst voor de aankoop van alle componenten, apparaten en diensten;
- Multidisciplinaire teams coördineren; je werkt in een team met interne discipline experts en/of externe engineering bureaus;
- Overleggen en communiceren met alle interne stakeholders;
- De werf en uitvoering van je project coördineren;
- Je organiseert de hele commissioning fase van een project.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren collega die:
- Een masterdiploma als ingenieur op zak heeft of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur met een mechanische, elektrische, chemische of metallurgische achtergrond. Voor pasafgestudeerden is een diploma ingenieur vereist;
- De "drive" heeft om je technische kennis te gebruiken om een installatie te ontwikkelen die robuust, veilig en milieuvriendelijk is;
- Technische kennis en/of achtergrond heeft om de technische documenten te interpreteren;
- Een positieve instelling heeft en teamgericht is;
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft en initiatief neemt om zelfstandig taken tot een succesvol eindstadium te brengen;
- Ondernemend met hands-on mentaliteit en veiligheidsbewust is;
- Goede communicator is met alle stakeholders, kennis van het Nederlands is hierbij een vereiste.

We staan de verschillende productieafdelingen bij met technisch advies en volgen de volledige cyclus van deze projecten; van haalbaarheid, over ontwerp en realisatie, tot opstart.
In onze afdeling PMR (Precious Metals Refining) produceren we oplossingen op basis van basis- en edelmetalen. De sleutel tot ons succes is innovatie. Wij zoeken steeds naar nieuwe werkwijzen en nieuwe ideeën om metalen duurzaam te produceren en te recycleren.
