Based in Brussels, Zenith Graphics is committed to delivering precision and excellence in every project.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Brussels for a Production & Planning Manager. The Production & Planning Manager will responsable for one of the 5 production departments with each +/- 10 operators. He/she will oversee the creation and management of efficient production schedules, optimize production planning processes, and ensure that projects stay on time and on budget. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, coordinating with various departments, and managing resources to ensure seamless production operations and high-quality outputs. QualificationsProven skills in production management and resource allocationStrong planning and organizational abilitiesExperience in production planning, production schedules, and managing production processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and leadership capabilitiesA detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlinesPrevious experience in the manufacturing industry is a plusMaster's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
