We zijn bij Organi op zoek naar een tweetalige Business Consultant om ons team te versterken. Heb je affiniteit met bedrijfsprocessen en/of ERP's? En lijkt de combinatie met IT jou wel wat? Dan ben jij diegene die wij zoeken
Wie zijn wij?
Organi is actief op de markt sinds 1977 en is een gevestigde waarde in de IT-sector. We zijn expert in sectorspecifieke totaaloplossingen: business software en IT-services.
Ons doel? Het verbeteren en automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen in middelgrote ondernemingen actief in handel & industrie, boekhouding & accountancy, logistiek & douane of de gerechtsdeurwaarderswereld.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (TEW, handelswetenschappen/-ingenieur, bedrijfsmanagement, rechtspraktijk of rechten) en bent op zoek naar je eerste werkervaring of je hebt reeds ervaring in een van onze klantensegmenten. Kennis van IT is een grote plus, maar geen must.
- Je bent tweetalig (of je moedertaal is Frans, maar je praat ook een aardig mondje Nederlands).
- Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket waardoor geen enkele dag dezelfde is
- Je staat graag voor een uitdaging en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
- Je bent servicegericht en denkt graag mee met de klant.
Hoe zal jouw werkdag als Business Consultant eruitzien?
- Je begeleidt onze Brusselse en Waalse klanten vanaf het begin tot het einde bij de implementatie van ons eigen softwarepakket. Je gaat hiervoor geregeld ter plaatse.
- Je voert testen uit en evalueert punten ter verbetering.
- Je geeft gebruikers de nodige opleiding, zodat ze met onze software kunnen werken.
- Je plant zelf je eigen agenda in: je werkt op kantoor, bij de klant of thuis.
- Je hebt een eigen klantenportfolio en coördineert zelfstandig meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd.
