Fujitsu is looking for an experienced Senior Data & Solutions Architect to support one of our key EU Institution clients. Location: Brussels, Belgium Key Responsibilities Design architecture models aligned with organisational and CMR/EESSI strategies Develop IT solutions according to project direction Guide developers and testers within the team Support and maintain the CMR solution Contribute to internal and external stakeholder information events Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business strategies Perform system evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and improvement research Create business vision and contribute to multi-year planning Implement applications based on the architecture Participate in project meetings and reporting activities Assist with deployment, configuration, and documentation Design and maintain EDWs, Data Lakes/Data Lakehouses Create scalable dashboards, especially in Power BI Develop ETL/data pipeline processes (Microsoft Synapse) Collaborate with data science, engineering, and DevSecOps teams Mandatory Expertise Microsoft Synapse ETL/Data Pipelines – 3+ years Data Warehouse / Data Lake / Lakehouse design SQL & relational DBs applied to data warehouse Non-relational DBs, including vector DBs for AI/RAG (asset) Access rights management in Data Warehouse/Data Lake Python & Apache Spark Power BI (asset) Azure Cloud (asset) OLAP & data mining tools Hands-on EESSI integration experience (asset) Social Security domain knowledge (asset) Java (13+ years) J2EE (10+ years) REST (8+ years) Spring (10+ years) Maven (7+ years) AS4 protocol (7+ years) Scrum (10+ years) UML (10+ years) XML (10+ years) XSD (7+ years) PostgreSQL (10+ years) Docker (3+ years) Ready to Apply?
