For a young and disruptive business law firm based in Brussels, I am looking for several experienced Lawyers/Partners. Fluent in French and/or Dutch with good knowledge of English.CompanyThe firm is an innovative business law firm with a strong international outlook, offering a radically different, alternative approach to both its clients and its lawyers. The current team is 18 people strong and growing, and offers a full service to business clients.FunctionYou manage your activity with complete autonomy, supported by the full strength of the firmYou practice where you want, when you want and how you wantYou work and think independently and proactively, with the possibility of calling on colleaguesYou are capable of working out creative solutions to complex legal issuesYou manage client relationshipsProfileYou have at least 5 years’ experience in a leading law firmYou are a highly skilled lawyer delivering top quality workYou preferably have a valuable portable business or the potential to develop oneYou are a true entrepreneur, pragmatic and client-oriented, with a commercial mindsetYou like to be treated as an adult, without excessive interference or supervisionYou are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of EnglishOfferA fully revenue-based remunerationThe possibility to advise clients under the most effective conditions (seventy-five to ninety percent of what is billed goes to the lawyers)The freedom to set your own rates, which enables you to offer your services at highly competitive terms and allows each lawyer to bill clients as deemed appropriateIncentives to refer work to each other, creating an abundance of growth opportunities for allThe freedom to manage your activities independently, backed by the strength of a full-service international firmThe freedom to define and develop your professional and personal goalsNo hierarchies or fancy titles.
