Pitch, present, and demo the product to clients. Schedule and lead partner meetings and communication. Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms. Build and maintain strong partner relationships. Join weekly team calls and stay aligned with the team. Track recruitment activity and partner engagement. Support the team by identifying new opportunities and improvements. Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or fintech is a plus. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to move fast without losing quality. Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with candidates and partners. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
