Freelance Planning Leider Freelance team leider supply planning gezocht voor een Food organisatie in Oost Vlaanderen. Reden voor deze positie is een aankomende zwangerschapsperiode. Start - begin april Looptijd - 6-8 maanden Type -freelance contract via Amoria Bond Locatie - Oost Vlaanderen (4 dagen on site, max 1 dag remote) De team leider heeft 2 direct reports, maar helpt voor zeker 50% van de tijd ook operationeel mee in de planning. Dit team zorgt voor de vertaalslag van de plannen van de commerciële/demand teams naar een operationele planning voor de plants. Verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.: Vertalen van demand plannen van supply planning Managen contact met de productie plants Managen PO's Managen van out of stocks en obsolete producten Aansturen/managen van de twee team members Maken van snelle beslissingen waar nodig Profiel vereisten: Meerdere jaren ervaring (zeker 4) in vergelijkbare positie Ervaring in zowel operationele planning als team leiding Nederlands en Engels zijn een must , Frans is een pre BSc.+ in relevante richting Sterke analytische ervaring Goede SAP kennis (nu nog een oudere module, maar ze gaan naar 4/HANA) Ondanks dat de start begin april is, kunnen er al op korte termijn interviews worden ingepland.
