Voor onze klant is USG Professionals op zoek naar een gedreven tijdelijke Freelance Project Manager Electrical (6 maanden) in regio Zaventem om dit project te ondersteunen.
Over de Rol:
Als Projectmanager Electrical ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van projecten op het gebied van hoog- en middenspanning en/of automatisering en netwerkbeveiliging. Je coördineert een team van projectingenieurs en onderaannemers om de realisatie van projecten te waarborgen. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de coördinatie van alle operationele activiteiten, waaronder het beheer van kosten, winstgevendheid en garanties. Je plant en volgt de werkzaamheden op om ervoor te zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het uitvoeren van projecten op het gebied van hoog- en middenspanning en/of automatisering en netwerkbeveiliging.
- Coördineren van een team van projectingenieurs en onderaannemers.
- Beheer van kosten, winstgevendheid en garanties.
- Plannen en opvolgen van werkzaamheden om deadlines te halen.
- Bewaken van veiligheid tijdens projectuitvoering.
- Selecteren, onderhandelen en coördineren van externe leveranciers en onderaannemers.
- Verstrekken van projectdocumentatie en naleving controleren.
- Onderhouden van commerciële en technische relaties met klanten.
- Uitbreiden van langdurige samenwerkingen.
- Managen en motiveren van het projectteam.
- Werken volgens de kernwaarden van integriteit en verantwoordelijkheid.
Profiel omschrijving:
- Je hebt een hoge technische opleiding (Bachelor of Master) in elektrotechniek of energiesystemen.
- Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als projectmanager in de elektrotechniek, bij voorkeur in hoog- of middenspanning, of je hebt de potentie om hierin te groeien.
- Je hebt ervaring met locatiebeheer en projectcoördinatie.
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een analytisch vermogen.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt commerciële inzichten.
