Als Process Engineer ben je de interface tussen gereedschapsmakerij (planning en werkvoorbereiding), de gereedschapsmakers, de kunststofafdeling en metaalafdeling. Je begeleidt de afdeling op vlak van werkorganisatie en technische verbeteringen. Je bewaakt de processen binnen de afdeling en de uitvoering van verbeter- en industrialisatieprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het afdelingshoofd van het Technical Support Team en de Process Engineers van de andere productieafdelingen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Optimalisatie van het ontwikkelings- en maakproces van de matrijzen.
- Het opstellen en opvolgen van plannen voor procesbeheersing en procesoptimalisatie.
- Continu verbeteren van producten en processen op het vlak van kwaliteit, industriële prestaties en kostenreductie.
- Samenwerken met de planner en werkvoorbereider om de flow en bezetting te optimaliseren.
- Ondersteunen van Mould Industrialisatie Engineers bij het ontwerpen van onderhoudsvriendelijke en kostenefficiënte matrijzen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je leidinggevende en het team om de gereedschapsmakerij up-to-date te houden en de krijtlijnen voor de toekomst te gaan vastleggen.
- Je bepaalt mee de productiemethode en het productieproces en de implementatie van nieuwe en/of gewijzigde matrijzen.
- Je werkt een standaardisatie uit die rekening houdt met de maakbaarheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van onze matrijzen.
- Je analyseert storingen, die aangeboden worden vanuit productie. Je schat doorlooptijden in en definieert en implementeert corrigerende maatregelen.
- Je draagt en stuurt het correctief, preventief en predictief onderhoud van onze matrijzen en zorgt dat de nodige onderdelen, om een snelle interventie te garanderen, kunnen worden besteld.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de kennis van onze medewerkers aanwezig is en dat we deze flexibel over verschillende werkposten kunnen gaan inzetten.
- Je volgt kwaliteitsproblemen op en stuurt acties om ze aan te pakken.
- Je hebt een ruime expertise opgebouwd als gereedschapsmaker. Je beheerst de kennis van kunststof- en metaal (stans & buig) -matrijzen en de processen voor het aanmaken van deze matrijzen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een technisch master- of bachelorsdiploma.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, flexibel ingesteld en hebt een open en alerte geest.
- Je beschikt over de juiste skills om een team te motiveren.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met 3D-2D en CAM systemen. Kennis van Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Work NC en of Visie Peps Wire is een meerwaarde.
- Analytische vaardigheden om productieproblemen te identificeren en corrigerende acties te definiëren.
- Je bent zeer resultaat- en oplossingsgericht en je hebt een grote passie voor techniek. Je hebt ervaring met trouble shooting.
- Je hebt ondernemingszin en enthousiasme.
- Je hecht – net als wij – veel belang aan kwaliteit en je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen.
- Kennis van meetmiddelen, meetmethodes, procesbeheersing en Lean-technieken (Six Sigma kennis is een meerwaarde).
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt een open en alerte geest en je werkt graag in team.
- Je bent een prima netwerker en in staat het overzicht te bewaren.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Duits is een meerwaarde.
