Le Financial Controller soutient les cycles de planification et de contrôle ainsi que la production de rapports financiers, tout en documentant les processus et en veillant au respect des directives internes. En tant que partenaire IdM/DSP, il/elle gère les contrôles critiques liés au système ERP et supervise les processus de conformité. Il/Elle joue également un rôle consultatif dans la configuration des systèmes et des processus. Responsabilités principales Politique financière et conformité : Appliquer les directives Bosch et les réglementations légales aux processus financiers. Surveiller la conformité aux directives de reporting et de contrôle interne. Développer des instructions pour une utilisation optimale du système ERP. Cycle de planification et de contrôle : Préparer et gérer divers fichiers pour les budgets, les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles. Gérer les outils pour les budgets et les clôtures. Améliorer l'efficacité et assurer la qualité des rapports. Reporting : Fournir des rapports financiers périodiques et ponctuels (ad hoc). Garantir la qualité et le respect des délais des rapports. Initier des améliorations pour optimiser les processus. Contrôle : Surveiller les objectifs financiers et identifier les écarts. Assurer l'interprétation correcte des directives et le respect des échéances. Optimisation des processus et des systèmes : Identifier des opportunités pour l'optimisation des processus et des systèmes. Définir les besoins pour des ajustements spécifiques. Expérience et Expertise : Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Contrôle de Gestion et Finance. Compétences Techniques : La connaissance de SAP est indispensable ainsi qu'une forte capacité d'interprétation des résultats P&L. Contrôle et Stratégie :Solide expertise en contrôle de gestion, budgétisation et forecasting et aussi capacité à orienter l'organisation d'un point de vue contrôle, au-delà du simple reporting. Esprit d'Équipe et Autonomie : Esprit d'équipe avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome. Collaboration Interdépartementale : Aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec d'autres départements. Compétences Linguistiques : Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et, de préférence, une bonne connaissance du néerlandais. Le français est un atout.
