What you will do Coach multiple product teams during the transition to a product-centric operating model Embed a scaled agile framework (LeSS preferred) and ensure consistent adoption Bridge Agile ways of working with strong engineering practices Support teams in software design, delivery flow, and technical decision-making Introduce and reinforce CI/CD, automated testing, trunk-based development, and DevOps culture Facilitate cross-team learning and reduce dependencies and silos Help teams define and use technical health and flow metrics Act as a trusted partner for engineers, product leaders, and management What you bring 10+ years of experience in software design and delivery (developer or architect background) Proven experience coaching teams in a scaled agile environment (LeSS is a strong asset) Deep understanding of engineering practices (DDD, TDD/ATDD, CI/CD, DevOps) Experience working across multiple teams in complex enterprise environments Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-management skills Ability to quickly understand new business domains Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Comfortable working on-site in Brussels Interested?
