Now Hiring: Project Manager – Electrical (LV/ELV) | Data CentresAre you an experienced LV/ELV Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex, mission-critical electrical systems on major data centre projects?Our client are a leading construction consultancy who partner with some of the most ambitious programmes in the industry, and we're looking for talented electrical project managers to lead the delivery of low voltage and extra low voltage systems from design through to commissioning and handover.This role offers real autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape your career while working alongside highly experienced, collaborative teams.Your roleYou'll lead the end-to-end delivery of LV/ELV systems on a large-scale data centre construction project, acting as a trusted technical and project leadership figure across all stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Project LeadershipManaging LV/ELV works from design coordination to commissioning and handoverDriving programme milestones, budget control, and scope deliveryEnsuring seamless integration with wider MEP and IT systemsStakeholder ManagementActing as the primary interface between contractors, vendors, and internal teamsLeading technical and commercial discussions with confidenceMaintaining clear, consistent communication across all partiesQuality & ComplianceEnsuring installations meet local and international electrical standardsEnforcing safety requirements and quality benchmarksConducting inspections and audits to verify compliance and workmanshipRisk & Delivery ManagementIdentifying LV/ELV-related risks early and implementing mitigation strategiesMonitoring progress and escalating issues to protect programme and costCollaborationWorking closely with mechanical, civil, and IT specialistsSupporting integrated design and delivery for high-performance data centre environmentsWhat we're looking forProven experience delivering LV/ELV systems on data centre or mission-critical projectsStrong understanding of electrical compliance, quality, and safety requirementsA confident communicator who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsBackground in electrical engineering, construction, or project management (degree or equivalent experience)Why JoinWork on high-profile, technically challenging data centre projectsBe empowered to take real responsibility and influence outcomesJoin a culture built on trust, collaboration, and long-term relationshipsClear pathways for career progression and professional growth
