You will work in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment to produce CE-IVD diagnostic kits for genetics and newborn screening and play a key role in ensuring high-quality production by strictly following established procedures and quality standards.If you enjoy hands-on, structured work while participating in a variety of tasks, this opportunity is perfect for youYour Key Responsibilities:· Perform manual and semi-automated operations with accuracy and consistency· Fill and label tubes, sticks or cartridges precisely, with full traceability· Prepare materials, equipment, and consumables for daily production· Clean and disinfect workstations according to hygiene standards· Strictly follow procedures, work instructions, and safety rules· Document production activities and ensure traceability (paper or electronic – ERP)· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and high-quality productionWho Are We?LaCAR is a fast-growing biotech company developing, producing, and commercializing CE-IVD diagnostic kits for (pharmaco) genetics and newborn screening.
