Junior Evaluation ExpertsLocation: EUContract Type: Project-Based/ConsultancyApplication Deadline: Rolling ApplicationsAbout the Opportunity:We are creating a pool of Junior Evaluation Experts for the EIB FWC Project: Consultancy Services to Support the Evaluation Division of the EIB Group. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Main tasks:• Participate in EIB-funded evaluation projects.• Ensure a good quality of the deliverables.Required skills and experience:At least 3 years of relevant ongoing work experience;University-degree education (at least Bachelor's Degree) in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or equivalent university degree, preferably but not exclusively in one of the following fields: Evaluation, Economics, European Studies, Social Sciences, Finance or EngineeringFull working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (accredited with at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or equivalent);Good knowledge of evaluation methodologies;Participation in evaluation assignments preferably covering sectors/areas/products which are relevant for the EIB work, such as Climate Action & Environmental Sustainability, Infrastructure & Connectivity, Private Sector Development & SMEs, Innovation, Digitalisation & Human Capital, Health & Social Sectors, Development, Cohesion & External Action (please indicate relevant references in CV).Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief statement of interest to recruitment@ntu.eu on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted when relevant projects arise.Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
