From our network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US, we work with the world's leading organisations.We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesLead construction activities for pharmaceutical media preparation areas including design coordination, installation oversight, and system integration for sterile media production facilities Manage construction of specialized process systems including water for injection, clean steam generation, and media preparation equipment installations Oversee installation of stainless steel process piping, vessels, and equipment requiring pharmaceutical-grade finishes and validation-ready construction standards Coordinate with process engineers and validation teams to ensure media preparation areas meet EU GMP requirements and sterile manufacturing protocols Supervise construction of controlled environment systems including HVAC integration, pressure cascades, and contamination control measures for media preparation zones Manage contractor performance for specialized installations including clean utilities, process automation systems, and sterile connection technologies Ensure construction compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards Coordinate commissioning activities including system flushing, sanitization protocols, and performance qualification testing for media preparation systems Facilitate design reviews and technical coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, and validation engineering groups QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical construction projects with specific expertise in media preparation, sterile processing, or bioprocessing facilities Strong knowledge of EU GMP requirements, pharmaceutical water systems, and sterile manufacturing construction standards Experience with stainless steel construction, sanitary piping systems, and pharmaceutical equipment installation and validation processes Understanding of construction regulations, pharmaceutical facility licensing requirements, and European regulatory compliance standards Proven track record managing complex technical packages in sterile manufacturing environments with validation and regulatory oversight Proficiency in English plus Dutch and/or French languages desireable for effective communication with Belgian authorities and engineering teams Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline D&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
