SailPoint IIQ Engineer

One of my Global Automotive Clients are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer for a 12-month freelance mission, with a very high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical IAM engineer to design, build, and enhance SailPoint solutions within a large-scale, modern environment. Key Responsibilities Design, engineer, and maintain custom workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic within SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems, cloud services, and directories, optimizing APIs and connectors Engineer and optimize automation using Beanshell, Java, JavaScript, and related technologies to support identity lifecycle processes Design and implement role-based access models, entitlement structures, and access governance policies Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure stable and scalable SailPoint operations Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade IAM solutions Requirements Proven hands-on engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow Strong understanding of IAM architecture and principles, including RBAC, access governance, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management Experience engineering IAM solutions in large, complex enterprise environments Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them end-to-end Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical designs and decisions clearly What's Offered 12-month freelance contract, highly extendable for up to 3 years Opportunity to engineer and enhance global IAM solutions using modern technologies Collaborative engineering environment with strong technical support Competitive daily rate based on experience
