Technical Annex – IV-Senior Project Manager (PMS)Profile: Senior Project Manager (PMS)Contract: Freelance only, full-timeDaily rate: 530 €Location: BrusselsNature of the main tasks: Management of large, complex and strategic projects for implementation of new information systemsManagement of the software development lifecycle by ensuring business needs are constantly identified and the change control procedure is respected, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsorsEstimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements for the successful completion of large, complex and strategic projects to agreed terms of referenceGive proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organisationParticipate in functional working groups and progress meetings Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experienceGuide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverablesKnowledge and competences:Extensive experience in project management Advanced technical knowledge on the projects aspectsVery good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Lean Software Development, eXtreme Programming, Discipline Agile)Very good knowledge of reporting methodsVery good knowledge of project management and tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, GitHub Enterprise, ServiceNow)Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writingStrong ability to give presentations both for the business and technical staffLeadership capabilityUML, BPMN (Business Modelling)Tools and Methodologies: Microsoft ProjectSoftware development Lifecycle:Atlassian toolsGitHubServiceNowMethodology:Project Management standards and methodologies: (PMI, PRINCE2)Project Management: PM2 and PM2 AgileAgile Software development: Kanban & ScrumTechnical certification(s):At least, one of the following:PRINCE 2 FoundationPRINCE 2 PractitionerCOBIT 5 CertificationsPMI Project ManagementPM² and PM2 Agile certification
