JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Support Engineer LANGUAGES: English LOCATION: Brussel, BELGIUM DURATION: 6 months with possible extension WORK MODE: HYBRID (2-3DAYS ONSITE) Job Description Tasks Description: Install and support PC's (software and Hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets, ... for internal customers. Your internal customers are in Belgium and abroad (Madrid, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai,..). Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers Key Competencies: Interested in PC hardware and peripherals Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications Good oral and written communication skills Fast learning skills Good customer service orientation Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving Stress tolerance Fluent in English is a must Dutch and French knowledge are an advantage. Open for flexible working hours and potentially for short missions abroad Experience: Candidate must have a degree in IT or has relevant experience of 18 months and has successfully done some basic IT training (ex. TCP/IP, Windows, ...)
