Beschrijving Voor een langdurig project bij een internationale farmaceutische speler in de regio Geel, zijn we op zoek naar meerdere Project Engineers met een brede technische achtergrond. De site in Geel is een belangrijke productievestiging voor actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten (API's) en telt meer dan 750 medewerkers. Als Project Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van technische projecten binnen de site. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende disciplines (mechanisch, elektrisch, automatisatie) correct op elkaar afgestemd zijn en dat werkzaamheden veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Je fungeert als schakel tussen leveranciers, productie, onderhoud en aankopers. Daarnaast bewaak je budgetten, planningen en technische specificaties. Je volgt werven op, organiseert vergaderingen, communiceert met interne stakeholders en zorgt dat elke wijziging correct wordt gecommuniceerd en uitgevoerd. De rol vraagt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en technische kennis, maar vooral uitstekende communicatieskills. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van ervaren projectingenieurs en rapporteert aan de manager project engineering. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je projecten toegewezen met een budget dat kan variëren van €80.000 tot €150 miljoen. Profiel Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bijv. industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica, proces- of automatisatietechniek). Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als projectingenieur of projectmanager, bij voorkeur in de (bio)farmaceutische, chemische of voedingsindustrie. Je hebt kennis van of interesse in GMP- en ATEX-richtlijnen. Je bent een sterke communicator die kan coördineren, motiveren en verbinden tussen verschillende stakeholders. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels. Aanbod Een vast contract van onbepaalde duur (of freelance contract) bij een stabiele en groeiende projectorganisatie binnen de life sciences. Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.000 bruto, afhankelijk van ervaring. Bedrijfswagen met tank-/laadkaart, maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering (DKV), nettovergoeding en flexibel inkomensplan. 32 verlofdagen (20 wettelijke + 12 ADV).
