About The JobINNO is urgently looking for a Mid-Weight UX Designer Are you passionate about creating intuitive, seamless, and visually stunning digital experiences? If yes, this role is for youYour Mission:As a key member of INNO’s digital team, you’ll ensure that every customer interaction across our digital touchpoints is easy to use, visually consistent, and aligned with our brand DNA. You’ll play a pivotal role in a major website overhaul while contributing to continuous improvements that keep us ahead in the retail sector.What You’ll DoCollaborate with cross-functional teams (digital trading, analytics, marketing, product owners) to design customer-centric journeysLead UX ideation, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and enhancementsMaintain and evolve our digital style guide to ensure brand consistencyResearch best practices and competitor experiences to inspire innovationWork closely with UI developers to deliver accurate, efficient designsContribute to testing and validation to guarantee flawless executionDefine information architecture and ensure accessibility complianceAnalyze customer research and web analytics to inform design decisionsManage external design agencies when neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative solutionsEnsure visual identity consistency across all digital channelsWhat We’re Looking For4–5 years of UX design experience, ideally in B2C retail or consumer-facing sectorsStrong creative thinking combined with commercial acumenProficiency in UX tools (Figma, Miro/Lucid) and knowledge of HTML/CSSExcellent understanding of customer-centric design principles, usability, and accessibilityAbility to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and deliver at paceExperience in creating and managing digital style guidesWhy Join Us?Be part of a major digital transformation in a leading retail brandWork in a collaborative, innovative environmentCompetitive salary and benefits package
