What is your scope of ownership? Design, improve and supervise tailored integration solutions for our clients • Translate business needs into clean, adaptive integration layer • Re-think the integration layer based on each client’s eco-system • Define integration governance and help enforcing best practices • Approve high level flow designs and support developers in making their implementation robust. • Be the link between the business and IT, ensuring our solution is aligned with the client’s vision. • Evangelize best practices and grow awareness on integration benefits Contribute to internal tools and company strategy • Document reusable patterns, standards and best practices • Contribute to the long term strategy of Hive To Hive by proposing new methodologies, promising frameworks and cutting edge innovations Learn and grow continuously • Get trained and certified on iPaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and security • Stay up to date with trends in system integration, DevOps, and enterprise AI • Share your insights, challenge assumptions, and actively shape how the team evolves and improves What’s it like to work with us?
