Headit is op zoek naar een Project Manager voor een high-end gerenommeerd familiebedrijf, regio Brussel. Waar kom je terecht? Men combineert ambacht en traditie met een moderne, ondernemende aanpak. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Project Manager? Je beheert projecten van A tot Z en zorgt voor een naadloze opvolging, van het eerste contact tot de finale oplevering. Jouw takenpakket: Projectopvolging & klantcontact Eerste aanspreekpunt voor architecten, schrijnwerkers en occasioneel particuliere klanten; Aandachtig luisteren naar noden, verwachtingen scherpstellen, doorvragen en informatie verzamelen; Plannen analyseren: grondplannen lezen, interpretaties maken en noden van de werf bepalen. Coördinatie & administratie Offertes opmaken en dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen in Odoo; Continu communiceren met partners en interne teams om vlot te schakelen; Nauwe samenwerking met de external sales voor afstemming rond commerciële input, projectvereisten en klantverwachtingen; Intensief samenwerken met het research & development team. Operationele opvolging Contact met het atelier: voorraden navragen, deadlines opvolgen, en indien nodig sturend werken; Quality checks: tijdens productie controleren of alles verloopt zoals afgesproken; Regelmatig overleg met productie en aankoop, inclusief feedback van klanten terugkoppelen. Service & beleving Klanten een echte premium ervaring bieden: uitstekende communicatie, duidelijke opvolging en een topservice die past bij exclusieve high-end producten; Afspraken plannen met architecten of eindklanten, vaak in de showroom ter plaatse. Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt een bachelor diploma of je hebt reeds gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan binnen een commerciële functie zoals o.a. binnen inside sales, sales support of projectmanagement; Je bent klantgericht ingesteld, werkt gestructureerd en je communiceert vlot; Aantoonbare affiniteit met de interieurwereld of ambacht; Je bent nieuwsgierig naar technische productdetails en leert hier graag over bij; Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag het heft in eigen handen; Je spreekt vlot Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
