As team coach, you will manage a team of warehouse employees. Together with your team leader and your team, you ensure efficient organisation of work so that volumes are processed on time and correctly. In doing so, you have an eye for results, planning, quality, safety, orderliness, process improvements and supervision of employees.

Your responsibilities:

1. Managing a group of about 15 warehouse employees (order pickers, loaders & unloaders, receivers, reachers, etc.).
2. If necessary, lending a hand yourself and cooperating as needed.
3. Keeping an eye on the optimal deployment of staff, on the right activity and at the right times.
4. Actively ensuring correct observance of the known safety and quality procedures.
5. First escalation point in case of conflicts between staff members.
6. You guarantee the result of the work done by your team members.
