Robert Half Talent Solutions recherche actuellement un(e) Head of Controlling (h/f/x) pour une fonction permanente basée à Bruxelles . Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur des infrastructures et de l’énergie. Les responsabilités principales du Head of Controlling (h/f/x) : Vous assurez également le suivi des contrats en cours. Suivi financier et identification des risques financiers ; Analyses de scénarios à long terme (par ex. coûts de maintenance, coûts du cycle de vie) ; Élaboration de budgets pluriannuels et de prévisions ; Ajustements en cas d’écarts dus à l’indexation ou à des coûts imprévus. Vous coordonnez les contrôleurs des unités opérationnelles (BU Controllers) et garantissez une vue financière intégrée, avec un focus sur la gestion des risques et la trésorerie. Leadership & Coordination : Encadrer les BU Controllers et assurer le suivi des réunions de controlling; Clôture & Reporting : Clôture mensuelle et reporting financier complet; Surveillance des processus : Veiller à la conformité et à la standardisation des processus financiers ; Revue de projets : Participer aux revues de projets, analyser les KPI et signaler les alertes précoces ; Gestion budgétaire : Préparer, établir et suivre les budgets en collaboration avec les BU Controllers et les BU managers ; Gestion de trésorerie : suivi des flux de trésorerie, des paiements en attente et focus sur la liquidité ; Reporting des ventes : Suivi actif du reporting des ventes et des KPI financiers ; Digitalisation : Participer aux projets SAP et Power BI. Le profil requis pour le poste de Head of Controlling (h/f/x) : Master en sciences commerciales, économie ou équivalent ; Minimum 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en controlling et en reporting financier ; Première expérience en gestion d’équipe ; Forte capacité analytique et esprit critique ; Excellente maîtrise d’Office 365 (Excel) ; SAP est un atout ; Excellente connaissance du français et du néerlandais (oral et écrit ) ; Proactif, flexible et conscient des risques ; Solides compétences en communication et en leadership ; Flexible : déplacements réguliers vers toutes les unités en Belgique.
