Your MissionYou'll join the Governance & Administration team at a key moment of growth. As the right hand of the CFO, you'll help build a strong financial foundation that supports informed decision-making and sustainable success. Your work will give clarity and confidence to the entire organization. Our ambition is to create a proactive, data-driven finance function that empowers the business. You'll help us streamline processes, strengthen controls, and turn financial data into strategic insight — laying the groundwork for our next stage of expansion. You'll take ownership of accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while supporting the CFO in daily management: Manage full accounting cycle, ensure compliance and accuracy Consolidate financial processes, prepare VAT and annual accounts Monitor and report on company performance Subsidy requests and management Daily accounting (invoicing, payments, reconciliations, etc.) Financial management and process (AR, AP, GL, CC) Administrative support for the other departments Must Haves Fluent in English and Dutch Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting Analytical mindset Team player, we aim to make the company grow together Would be super nice Experience with ERP Odoo Love for structure and organising Experience in aerospace sector Knowledge of tax incentives for R&D and innovation Knowledge in UK accounting What's in it for you Several nice add-ons on top of your salary Evolution perspective in a fast-growing company Office in Leuven, within biking/walking distance of the station Open and human work environment Being part of a strong team Does it feel like we are talking about you?Please apply here: jobs@veowarespace.com
