Supply Chain / Materials Support – SAP PP (Pharma | French-speaking)Location - Brussels region - on site for the first couple of monthsContract duration - 6 months with a possibility for extensionWe are currently supporting a pharma company who are looking for a talented professional to join them within its supply chain team. This is a hands-on, operational role, focused on keeping daily activities running smoothly in a GMP-regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage supplier complaints and deviations (creation, follow-up, documentation)Track incoming materials and ensure timely receivabilityWork closely with QA, QC and Production to resolve documentation or delivery issuesHandle urgencies (reorders, last-minute needs, stock constraints)Support stock management and material availability using SAPContribute to small improvement initiatives once autonomousRequired ProfileExperience in supply chain, materials, logistics or operationsSAP experience is essential, with priority on PP (Production Planning)WM knowledge is a strong assetExperience in a pharma / GMP environment(highly regulated industries such as automotive or agri-food also considered)Fluent French is mandatory (site is 100% French-speaking)Comfortable with daily operational tasks and repetitive activitiesNice to HaveExperience with incoming processes / goods receiptSupplier complaints or deviation managementGood Excel and general IT skillsExposure to SOURCE or similar complaints toolsBasic English for written communication with suppliersIdeal CandidateMotivated, proactive and reliableStrong attention to detail and documentation disciplineComfortable working closely with operations and quality teamsIf this sounds like you or someone in your network feel free to reach out directly for more details.Tshering SherpaTsherpa@planet-pharma.co.uk
