Job Description

As Solution Manager Azure Digital Platforms, you contribute to and manage a multi-solution portfolio focused on public cloud services and solutions. In close collaboration with your Business Unit Manager, you develop solutions and create a go-to-market strategy to win market share. The solution domains cover public cloud (Azure) services and solutions, such as Cloud Strategy, Cloud center of excellence, FinOps, Cloud migration & application modernization, Cloud operations, Cloud native, etc. This job requires collaboration with other solutions and stakeholders within the business unit, within Inetum Belgium and within the Inetum group. International collaboration will be required. Technology and business innovation are at the core of the value we bring to our customers. Responsibilities – result areas

1. Portfolio Management

  1. You contribute to the creation, development and maintaining of a (multi-) Solution Portfolio.
  2. Regular reporting of BDM projects and activities.
  3. You foresee and co-create specific hiring, training plans and certification plans for our sales and consultants.
  4. You set up, evaluate and adjust your solution reviews based on sales, delivery and customer feedback.
  5. As a Solution Manager you guarantee a high level of quality control; from the bid process to a smooth handover to the delivery organization.
  6. A Solution Manager is responsible for the monitoring of the overall profitability of your solutions and management of the business case.

2. Business Development & Marketing

  1. As a Solution Manager you contribute to the go-to-market strategy and drive/support the portfolio of services in collaboration with the solution advisory and the sales & marketing organization.
  2. You measure, monitor and manage the customer experience as well as the customer satisfaction in close collaboration with the PM, SDM and/or Sales organization.
  3. Collaborate with partners/vendors on specific solution offerings.
  4. You act as a “thought leader”, i.e., an informed opinion leader and the go-to person in your field.

3. Orchestration of bids & presales

  1. Contribute to qualification/development of sales opportunities by giving tactical support on solution matching, success maximization and profitability.
  2. Monitor and manage the (multi-) solution pipeline and forecast, in collaboration with the commercial team(s).
  3. As a Solution Manager you operate at the junction between sales, the market and the delivery organization.
  4. As a Solution Manager you translate/tailor your solutions to specific market needs and have a solid generic “know-how” knowledge of the Inetum Belgium portfolio.
  5. Act as a Bid Architect for your (multi-) solution portfolio. Steer bid-teams into winning deals.

Profile

  1. You have solid experience, passion and motivation for creating, developing and (co-) managing a service portfolio.
  2. You are or want to be an Inetum ambassador and live our Inetum purpose.
  3. You can handle stress and a multi-focus job in a fast-paced environment.
  4. You have experience contributing to service/business offerings.
  5. You are customer-focused and aim for long-term relationships.
  6. You like to think on a strategic level, love to translate this into tactical objectives, but keep an eye on operational excellence.
  7. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
  8. You are pro-active, strong-willed, dynamic, ambitious and results-driven.
  9. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can talk on C-level.
  10. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
