Offer DescriptionThe person hired will be responsible for a course portfolio of 120 hours, which may include the following courses:
- DROIB316 Intellectual property rights 30h (daytime schedule)
- DRHDB316 Intellectual property rights 30h (staggered timetable)
- DTICM315 Intellectual property and the information society 30h (specialised master's degree in digital law)
- SADRM201 Intellectual property and patents 12h out of 18h (master 120 in chemical sciences)
- DROIB339 Numérique et droit privé 15h out of 30h (elective course) or a course devolved to UNamur as part of the Master in Law with staggered timetable or another course to be agreed depending on the profile of the person hired.
Staggered timetable Bac courses are given in the evening on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays (6-9 pm) and/or Saturdays (9 am-1 pm).
She will be actively involved in service tasks within the Faculty and the institution and in society, ensuring the influence of the Faculty and the University.

RequirementsResearch Field: Juridical sciences
Education Level: PhD or equivalent
Skills/QualificationsApplicants must hold a doctorate in law or legal sciences, with a thesis (which may be in the process of being completed, provided that the date of submission can be accurately indicated by the accompanying committee; submission no later than 13 September 2025).
Criteria of primary importance:
- Proven expertise in intellectual property rights, particularly in the digital environment
- Quality of the educational project
- Teaching skills demonstrated in presentations
- Ability to deal with and manage large audiences and audiences working at different times
- Creativity and educational innovation
- Quality of the scientific project, in line with the strategies and research areas of one or both of the Faculty's research centres
- Significant publications in quality intellectual property journals, particularly in relation to digital technology, and in the research areas of one of the Faculty's two centres
- Aptitude for leading and developing a research team
- Involvement in community service tasks
- Teamwork
- Very good command of the French language (written and spoken)

- Stays, scientific experience abroad (or outside UNamur)
- Aptitude for contacts and collaboration with scientific networks
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch
