A key player in real estate and energy initiatives across Europe and Belgium, our partner is looking for a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to strengthen their team in the Antwerp region.
Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic sites across Belgium, managing the entire process from acquisition to full project development and commercialization. You will play a crucial role in site selection, due diligence, negotiations, and supporting the business case and leasing process.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the acquisition and (re)development of key real estate projects in the Antwerp region.
- Identify new opportunities and drive strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and create solid business cases for new developments.
- Work in a dynamic, international environment with high levels of autonomy.
- Travel regularly to meet clients and partners.

We are looking for someone with:
- An entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- A creative and proactive approach to challenges.
- Commercial flair and excellent communication skills.
- At least five years of experience in the Belgian real estate market.
- An established network in Antwerp and Flanders.
