Intelli Consulting Services is looking for Expert SAP HCM Consultant to provide consulting service for our client based in Brussels.

As an Expert SAP HCM Consultant, you need to take care of the following tasks:

Maintenance and care of the product "SAP HR+" as part of the product team.

Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions to streamline our standard and custom Fiori apps.

Advising the product team (Functional Analysts/Business analysts/Product Owner) on solutions for requirements.

Aligning with stakeholders of different product teams and departments.

Technical Documentation of the developed technologies.

Independently manage new requirements, write functional specifications for the developers.

Manage, and conduct the IT tests, and deliver to the product teams and customers.

Monitors the health of the system by proactively looking at workflow logs, short dump logs, application logs, etc.

Monitors and analyze technical market trends to ensure state of the art solutions.

Ensuring second- and third-line support for the product HR+.

Conduct customer workshops together with product owners and business analysts.

Ensure that the technical solution fits to the business process and aligns with corresponding products on technical interfaces and dependencies (e.g. Finance, Controlling).

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with the SAP HCM module, the standard functionality, and the extension possibilities.

In-depth knowledge and skill to customize the related HCM (PA, OM) objects according to requirements.

Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) knowledge are a plus.

Experience with working in a Fiori First context.

Experience with S4HANA is necessary.

Knowledge of integration technologies between SAP modules and between SAP and SuccessFactors.

Provide clear context, guidance, and support towards the developers.

Capable of forming the bridge between the business analysts and the developers.

As the team supports several custom Fiori apps, the ability to at a minimum debug is necessary. The ability to program in ABAP is a plus.

Knowledge of HCM integrations with Successfactors is necessary.

Knowledge of integration technologies (Idoc, ALE, CPI, PI) is mandatory .

Knowledge of Business Partner integration is a plus.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (SAP public and/or private Cloud) is a plus.
