What Youll Do:
As a Digital Marketing Consultant for Google Ads, you will:
- Advise Dutch Clients: Help Dutch businesses optimize their Google Ads campaigns for improved performance and results.
- Provide Creative Solutions: Build strong client relationships with strategic advice and promote additional Google products.
- Support Business Growth: Work towards both individual and team goals, contributing to the growth of our client base across the EMEA region.
- Maximize ROI: Offer consultative advice to help businesses get the best return on their advertising investment.
- Maintain Excellence: Meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
For Junior Candidates:
- Comprehensive Training: Receive in-depth training on Google Ads, digital marketing, and sales strategies to build your skills.

What You Bring:
- Fluent Dutch (C1) and strong command of English.
- For Junior Profiles: Enthusiasm for digital marketing, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeedprior experience is not required.
- For Senior Profiles: Proven experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales, and the ability to work independently and take on strategic challenges.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive Salary: Starting from 23,876 up to 30,000 gross/year.
- Sales Bonus: Up to 4,290 gross/year, with opportunities to exceed targets.
- Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility to work both from our Barcelona office and remotely.
- Relocation Package: Includes a flight, one month of accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance.
