As a Scrum Coach, your focus is on the Fixed Access, Capacity & B2B cluster within the Network & Wholesale tribe. You will create an environment of collaboration by motivating and coaching team members towards strong performance and increased agility. This way we ensure that value flows quickly to our customers.
The Network & Wholesale tribe ensures, on the one hand, that our mobile and fixed network (with all its high-tech components) remains in top condition and, on the other hand, that we can properly service our wholesale customers.
Your duties as a Scrum CoachAs a Scrum Coach, you will assist the Product Owners and teams within the cluster and create an environment of collaboration by motivating and coaching the team members towards strong performance and greater agility. This way we ensure that value flows quickly to our customers.
You will help the teams to organize themselves and focus on the best delivery of value to the customer through the agile methodology (Telenet Agile Way of Working (TAWoW)).
- You facilitate and optimize a coherent and consistent Telenet Agile Way of Working.
- You ensure that everyone within the teams can achieve the goals by helping them resolve impediments. To do this, you bring the people from the cluster together with the other teams.
- You ensure that ceremonies take place within the teams and that the right prioritization and operations are continuously being looked at.
- You ensure that the TaWoW framework can be applied within the teams by putting the right emphases and translating this into an optimal way of working within the teams.
- You encourage and reinforce a culture of growth by giving regular and constructive feedback, by supporting your team members in taking responsibility, by taking into account the customers and different stakeholders.
The goal of the teams is to create added value for the customer. You support the teams to organize themselves optimally for this purpose, help them to properly understand the goals of the tribe and eliminate any obstacles in their progress.
In addition, together with the other scrum coach, the tribe PO, talent leads, and flow managers, you also make sure that actions are taken at the tribe level as well to achieve an optimal way of working that fits within the TaWoW framework.

- You are flexible and can easily adapt to the needs of your stakeholders.
- You are able to set up best way of working based on the needs of the tribe.
- Guiding continuous improvement, managing change and practically implementing new methodologies to move the team forward is something you are totally comfortable with.
- You are familiar with Jira and Confluence and know how to deploy these to the maximum in function of good teamwork.
- You have experience in (technical) project management/business analysis/development.
- You have a good basic knowledge but especially strong interest in telecom technologies and are looking forward to apply your scrum master experience in a high technology environment.
