Description de la fonction Êtes-vous analytique et passionné par les données?Le Groupe Colruyt recherche un Expert en Gestion des Données qui non seulement analyse les données, mais assure également leur qualité et leur gouvernance. Votre travail soutient les processus décisionnels importants et contribue à la croissance continue de l'entreprise. Vous collectez, analysez et rapportez des données commerciales importantes à l'aide d'outils tels que Power BI. Vous collaborez avec des parties prenantes internes pour répondre à leurs besoins en données. Vous surveillez la qualité des données et améliorez continuellement les processus de collecte et d'analyse des données. Vous établissez des normes et des directives pour garantir la cohérence et la fiabilité des données. Vous documentez les méthodes de travail et créez du matériel de formation pour aider les employés à utiliser les outils de données et d'analyse. Vous recherchez la cause des problèmes causés par les données et les informations. Vous facilitez le comité de gouvernance des données avec les parties prenantes commerciales pour la gestion des données maîtresses. Vous contribuez activement à la culture des données de toute l'organisation. Vous partagez vos connaissances de manière informelle avec vos collègues et par le biais de coaching technique. Expérience & formation: Vous avez un diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine pertinent (par exemple, Data Science, Statistiques, Mathématiques, Informatique) et une expérience en analyse de données et en reporting. La connaissance de SAP est un plus. Gouvernance des données: Vous avez une affinité avec la qualité des données et l'établissement de directives pour un enregistrement des données correct et efficace. Compétences en communication: Vous pouvez expliquer des données complexes de manière simple et communiquer efficacement avec vos collègues et les parties prenantes. Connaissance des langues: Vous communiquez couramment en néerlandais et en français.
