Onze focus ligt op het leveren van hoogwaardige producten aan onze klanten, ondersteund door efficiënte logistieke processen. Om onze groei en klanttevredenheid verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een analytische Logistiek Manager met een sterke focus op procesverbetering, rapportering en analyse.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en afstemming met de externe logistieke partner, met als doel een naadloze samenwerking en een hoog serviceniveau.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van ons eigen magazijn, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte voorraadbeheersing en nauwkeurige registraties.
- Zorgen dat het magazijn zo efficiënt mogelijk werkt - met klanttevredenheid als belangrijkste doel - door samen met de team lead Magazijn toezicht te houden op magazijnmedewerkers, ze te organiseren en te trainen en operationele doelen te stellen, te bewaken en te beheren.
- Het analyseren van logistieke processen en operationele KPI's om knelpunten te identificeren en verbeteringen door te voeren.
- Het opstellen van rapportages die inzicht geven in de performance van de logistieke keten en het adviseren van het management op basis van deze inzichten.
- Proactief bijdragen aan projecten voor procesoptimalisatie en het implementeren van innovatieve logistieke oplossingen.
- Zorgen voor een optimale communicatie en samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners.
- Bijstaan van de team lead Magazijn in het toezicht houden op de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten, waaronder kwaliteitsborging, ruimtebeheer, productiviteit op de werkvloer, verzending en klantenservice.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de klachtenbehandeling en het opstellen van verbeterplannen.
Jouw talenten en profiel:
- Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een logistieke of supply chain-functie.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met rapportagetools en -technieken.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden om relaties met interne en externe stakeholders te beheren.
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en projectmanagement.
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
