Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Enterprise Architect.


Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:

Algemene verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkeling en beheer van een "fit for purpose" Enterprise Architectuur binnen BAC.
  • Zorg dragen voor een gepaste compartimentering van bedrijfsprocessen in oplossingen die automatisering vereisen, inclusief alle ICT-serviceclusters.
  • Voorzitter van het ICT Strategisch Comité Architectuur en functionele manager van de architectuurcommunity (inclusief data-architectuur).
  • Waarborgen van solide governance bij technologische beslissingen voor grote projecten.

Strategisch ICT-Architectuurbeheer:

  • Strategische afstemming: Stemmen van ICT-architectuur op langetermijndoelstellingen en operationele vereisten.
  • Brugfunctie: Verbindt bedrijfsafdelingen en ICT-teams.
  • Efficiëntie en naleving: Waarborgt dat ICT-systemen luchthavenoperaties, passagierservaring en nalevingsvereisten ondersteunen.
  • Langetermijnvisie: Richt zich op strategische ontwikkelingen in plaats van operationele kwesties.
  • Adviseur: Onafhankelijke en objectieve adviseur voor de CIO.

Governance en samenwerking:

  • Digitale transformatie: Omzetten van technologische mogelijkheden in kansen voor de business.
  • Enterprise architectuur: Ontwikkelen van een value-driven IT-architectuur die de bedrijfsstrategie ondersteunt.
  • Principes en kaders: Vaststellen en communiceren van toekomstgerichte principes en kaders.
  • Architectuurcommunity: Functioneel aansturen, coachen en mentor zijn binnen de matrixorganisatie.
  • Workshops: Organiseren en faciliteren van workshops ter voorbereiding op architecturale besluitvorming.
  • Advies en governance: Adviseren over complexe architectuurvraagstukken en waarborgen van besluitvorming binnen de organisatie.
  • ICT-landschap: Vertalen van BAC- en ICT-strategie naar data-, applicatie- en infrastructuurlagen.
  • Mapping: Creëren van een overzicht van bedrijfsfunctionaliteiten naar ICT-oplossingen en systeemintegraties.
  • Waarborgen dat architectonische beslissingen aansluiten bij een centraal operationeel model.
  • Faciliteren van governanceprocessen.
  • Stimuleren van standaardisatie van werkwijzen, processen en documentatie.
  • Richting geven aan andere architecten en het aligneren van inspanningen.

Leiderschapsrol:

  • Ondersteunen van het management bij besluitvorming.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie en escaleren naar de CIO of PMO indien nodig.

Wat jou onderscheidt:

Kwalificaties:

  • Universitair diploma in Computerwetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in ICT, met een sterke achtergrond in analyse en systeemontwerp.
  • Ervaring als Enterprise Architect is een pluspunt.

  • Vertalen van technologische ontwikkelingen naar businesskansen.
  • Sterk in organisatie- en procesanalyse met balans tussen flexibiliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Adviseren over organisatie-inrichting en verandermanagement.
  • Coachende en inspirerende rol binnen de architectuurcommunity.
  • Stakeholdermanagement en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Diplomatieke en samenwerkingsgerichte persoonlijkheid.
  • Analytisch vermogen om complexe modellen en systemen te doorgronden en vertalen.
  • Inspireren en informeren over architectuur en technologie.
  • Proactieve houding met pragmatische aanpassingsvaardigheden.
  • Vertrouwen opbouwen bij zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Bijdragen aan de strategie en kwaliteit van IT-diensten binnen de onderneming.

Talenkennis:

  • Beheersing van Nederlands of Frans.
  • Passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en Engels.
  • In staat om professioneel te communiceren in alle drie de talen
