Recruitment Team Lead – Market Leader (Brussels) Hands-on leadership • End-to-end recruitment • High-performance culture Our client, a leading player in Brussels, is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Team Lead to guide a team of two consultants while remaining actively involved in end-to-end recruitment and client management. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, delivering, and developing strong client relationships in a dynamic, commercial environment. What you will do As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will balance team leadership with active involvement across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will: Lead, support and mentor a team of 2 recruiters Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, client management, offer closing Maintain and grow your own client relationships Develop new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships Support your team in pipeline reviews, prioritization and closing Foster a collaborative, results-driven atmosphere Contribute to performance reviews and business planning What we're looking for 3–5 years' experience in a recruitment agency Strong background in end-to-end recruitment First experience in coaching, mentoring, or being a reference point within a team Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills Sales mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunities Fluent in English + French or English + Dutch Proactive, structured, and comfortable working toward targets What's on offer Work for a market leader with a strong reputation Lead a small team while still having hands-on impact Competitive compensation + attractive commission structure Real growth and development opportunities A stimulating, energetic and supportive environment
