We currently have a vacancy for a Cloud Expert (Azure) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Responsibilities- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate existing systems to the cloud;
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Strong working experience with Azure and Microsoft Fabric;
- Strong working experience with Analytics Infrastructure;
- Strong expertise on data analytics components, such as data lake, Synapse, key management, and in general the Fabric ecosystem;
- Experience with Python, R, and Knime;
- Experience with microservices and architecture in the cloud;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS and business process analysis;
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture);
- The following certifications would be considered a strong asset: Microsoft Certified Fabric Analytics Engineer, Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer;
- Excellent command of the English language.
