Wij zoeken een Continuous Improvement Officer Bij Eurotranspharma draait alles om kwaliteit, precisie en zorg. We vervoeren producten die er écht toe doen, en daar hoort een organisatie bij die blijft groeien en verbeteren. Daarom zoeken we een Continuous Improvement Officer die onze processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstgerichter maakt.In deze rol ben jij de motor achter verbeterprojecten binnen onze organisatie. Je analyseert processen, rolt Lean-methodieken uit en neemt collega's mee in een verhaal van continue verbetering. Je: implementeert Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standardization, …); analyseert processen en data om verbeterpunten te detecteren; zet Lean-projecten op en volgt ze op met duidelijke rapportage; ondersteunt de directie bij nieuwe initiatieven en optimalisaties; traint collega's en stimuleert een cultuur van operationele uitmuntendheid. Kortom: jij zorgt dat onze organisatie elke dag een stukje beter draait, letterlijk én figuurlijk.Je combineert nuchter verstand met een gezonde drive voor vernieuwing. Bachelor of master in Supply Chain, Logistiek of Business Administration; Ervaring in Operational Excellence of Continuous Improvement; Idealiter een Lean Green Belt; Sterk analytisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen; Communicatief, verbindend en assertief wanneer nodig; Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
