About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the global Insights team of a leading biopharmaceutical company.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys coordinating projects, improving processes, and helping teams work efficiently. You will support a friendly, international team focused on how data and insights can drive better business decisions and patient outcomes.You will assist with day-to-day operations, help deliver ongoing projects, and play a key role in keeping tools, reports, and communications running smoothly.What You will DoCoordinate and support assigned projects and programmes within the global Insights team.Maintain project tracking using tools such as Asana and Microsoft 365.Help roll out and optimise a Supplier Relationship Management initiative in collaboration with Procurement.Prepare and update KPI reports and presentations for internal meetings (PowerPoint).Support colleagues working on AI and data-related initiatives by helping with documentation and logistics.Communicate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Legal, Data Privacy, and Procurement.Assist in improving everyday processes and ensuring the smooth running of operational activities.About YouDegree qualified, with around 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative support role.Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several tasks at once.Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at different levels and across functions.Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Experience with project management software such as Asana.Fluent in English (other languages a plus, but not required).Interested in learning about market research, insights, and operational excellence within a global organisation.What's on Offer12-month contract with strong potential for extensionDaily rate: up to 400€Hybrid workingFull-time role, with occasional travel abroadOpportunity to gain experience in a global Insights function that works with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia.Collaborative, inclusive team environment that values curiosity, structure, and initiative.If you are organised, eager to learn, and ready to play an important role in helping a global Insights team operate smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
