Currently in a strong expansion phase, VS Digital is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo) to join our team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives. Your Role As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a central role in our Odoo projects. You will combine business analysis, project management, and ERP expertise to ensure successful delivery for our clients. This position is ideal for someone with proven Odoo experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage both people and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead Odoo implementation projects from scoping to go-live. Collaborate with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives. Translate business needs into functional requirements and project roadmaps. Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) autonomously. Plan and coordinate project activities, deliverables, and deadlines. Support testing, training, and change management. Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, developers, and consultants. Act as the trusted advisor to clients, proposing improvements and best practices. What We're Looking For Proven Odoo experience or certification is mandatory. At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, consulting, or digital transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships. Excellent communication skills in English + French or Dutch. Team player with leadership potential, able to guide both clients and colleagues. Valid work permit for Belgium.
