🚨 We’re hiring: Medior OT Security Consultant 🚨About the RoleWe are supporting a specialised OT security consultancy working with industrial and critical infrastructure organisations to secure their Operational Technology (OT) environments.As a Medior OT Security Consultant, you will work closely with experienced senior OT security consultants, giving you the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, gain hands-on consulting experience, and grow into a senior role over time.You will combine consulting skills with practical OT security knowledge to assess risks, define security roadmaps, and support the implementation of OT security strategies in real-world industrial environments.Role Details📍 Location: Belgium (hybrid working possible)🏢 Type: Full-time⏰ Start: FlexibleKey ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a specialised OT security team led by senior consultantsSupport OT security assessments, including risk, gap, and maturity assessmentsContribute to OT security roadmaps, translating findings into actionable improvement plansSupport and execute the implementation of OT security strategies in customer environmentsAdvise clients on OT security architectures, policies, and best practicesAssist in designing and implementing security controls such as:Network segmentationMonitoring solutionsAccess managementAlign OT security solutions with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, or Computer Science (IT)Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approachComfortable producing technical and non-technical documentationMinimum 4 years of consultancy experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or infrastructureAt least 2 years of hands-on OT security experienceSolid understanding of OT / ICS environments (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, industrial networks)Experience working with industrial or critical infrastructure organisationsFamiliarity with OT security standards and regulations (IEC 62443 required; NIS2 is a plus)Nice to HaveRelevant certifications (e.g. GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443)Experience with OT security tooling (asset discovery, network monitoring, anomaly detection)Knowledge of IT/OT convergence and industrial network securityExperience in a professional services or consulting environmentWhat’s OfferedHands-on work securing real-world industrial and critical infrastructure environmentsClose collaboration with experienced OT security specialistsStrong focus on knowledge sharing, mentorship, and professional growthOpen and collaborative culture where initiative is encouragedCompetitive salary package with additional benefitsLong-term development opportunities in OT cybersecurity consultingInterested?If you’re motivated to build impact-driven OT security expertise and work on meaningful industrial cybersecurity challenges, we’d be happy to connect for a confidential conversation.
