Taken: Building & Facility Management staat in voor onderhoud, beveiliging, facilitaire diensten en de 24/7-operationele werking van administratieve gebouwen en strategische installaties (data centers, dispatching). De functie is nodig wegens lopende en toekomstige bouw- en renovatieprojecten, formalisering van processen en het garanderen van een kwalitatieve interne dienstverlening, Volledige projectopvolging van investeringsprojecten: voorstudies, lastenboeken, offertes, bestellingen, uitvoering, werfopvolging, voorlopige en definitieve oplevering en correcte as-built dossiers, in samenwerking met diverse departementen, Organiseren van de projectgovernance: regelmatig bijeenroepen van een stuurgroep en rapportering over planning, budget, risico's en voortgang, Verantwoordelijk voor ruimtebeheer en werkplekindeling, inclusief het actualiseren van standaarden en bepalen van meubelstandaarden; ondersteuning bij interne verhuispieken, Ondersteuning in het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen van technische installaties, beheer van technische documentatie, Minimale vereisten: Minimum een Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, Ervaring met elektriciteit en HVAC, Planmatig en georganiseerd kunnen werken; projecten gestructureerd opvolgen. Probleemanalyse en oplossingsgericht denken ("out of the box"), Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je kan uw plan trekken in het Frans. Wat kan B.E.S. jou aanbieden?
