Wind Turbine Service Technician – Enercon / Vestas / Senvion (Onshore, Belgium) We ARE Renewables is looking for experienced Wind Turbine Service Technicians for one of our clients, supporting onshore wind farms across Belgium. In this role, you will work on Enercon®, Vestas® and Senvion® turbines , contributing directly to the safe and reliable operation of renewable energy assets. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on onshore wind turbines; Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and converter systems; Replace major turbine components such as generators and blades; Carry out inspections, failure diagnostics, and root cause analyses; Work closely with fellow technicians while strictly following HSE regulations; Ensure system safety and compliance at all times; Complete all required documentation, including work orders, checklists, and permits; Report work activities, incidents, and observations according to HSE policies; Participate in an on-call duty rotation during weekends and holidays; Comply with client site rules and procedures. Additional info: Onshore position – no offshore rotations; Day-based schedule , with flexibility depending on site and workload; On-call duty during weekends and holidays (rotation-based); Work at multiple wind parks across Belgium; Home-based role within commuting distance of Liège, Charleroi, or Waregem ; Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and long-term development; Your profile: Technical vocational education (MBO level 3 or 4 or equivalent); Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (wind, power plants, or industrial sites); Experience working with Enercon, Vestas, or Senvion wind turbines; Proven knowledge of low- and high-voltage systems; BA4 / BA5 or Dutch NEN 3140 / NEN 3840 certification (or willingness to obtain); Valid GWO certificates and medical (or willingness to obtain); Driving licence B; Good command of English (Dutch is a plus); Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces; Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset; Flexible and willing to travel between sites; Team player with strong communication skills; Living in or willing to relocate within 40 km of Liège, Charleroi, or Waregem . Location: Onshore wind farms across Belgium (Service hubs: Waregem / Liège / Charleroi)
