Je bouwt relaties op met potentiële klanten en vertaalt hun noden naar heldere voorstellen.Jouw impact:Ontwikkelen en implementeren van onze salesstrategieSpotten van opportuniteiten en omzetten in concrete actiesProactieve prospectie via LinkedIn, events, referrals, e-mail & telefoonOpvolgen van commerciële trajecten van eerste contact tot handtekeningOnderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten en detecteren van nieuwe nodenAnalyseren en optimaliseren van commerciële inspanningen🧬 Wat breng jij mee?Jouw ervaring en DNA:Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een sales- of business development rolJe bent klantgericht én resultaatgedreven – altijd gericht op de beste oplossing voor de klant én het behalen van resultatenJe haalt energie uit netwerken en het spotten van nieuwe kansenJe weet wat goede rekrutering inhoudt en kunt dit vertalen naar een commercieel succesverhaalJe werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en pakt zaken proactief aanKennis van het Vlaamse KMO- en/of HR-landschap is een plus🎁 Wat mag jij verwachten?Impact, en directe invloed op resultaat.Sales funnels modelleren: Van lead tot klant Jij tekent en verbetert de funnel.Groeikansen: we investeren in jouw ontwikkeling en ambities.Een aantrekkelijk loonpakket, incl. bedrijfswagen32 verlofdagen & een werkweek met flexibele werkuren, die bijdragen aan de juiste balans tussen werk en privé.Solliciteren kan via e-mail of telefonisch via 0474 53 12 05.
