B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Electrical Engineer in our Energy team. As a Electrical Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation. Responsibilities Design and optimize electrical systems in a regulated technical environment. Define technical specifications and size key electrical equipment. Manage tenders, evaluate bids, negotiate, and award contracts. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders. Follow up suppliers and contract execution. Support factory tests, site installation, and commissioning. Provide technical expertise on electrical systems. Monitor technical and regulatory developments. Contribute to improving engineering methods. Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in industrial or critical electrical systems. Strong interest in technical analysis and problem-solving in power systems. Team player with customer-oriented mindset, proactive, autonomous, and rigorous. Willing to travel for short- or medium-term assignments and regular on-site activities. Required certifications: BA4/BA5 and VCA. Proficient in Dutch or French, with good command of English.
