Job Description: Junior Construction Broker

• Assist senior brokers in the process of selling and leasing real estate in the construction sector;
• Participate in the preparation and updating of documents required for transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their requests and providing them with relevant information;
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities;
• Organize and plan appointments, property visits and promotional events to promote the team's activities;
• Manage administrative documentation and maintain customer and prospect databases;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including agents and other real estate professionals, to ensure smooth and effective communication;
• Prepare activity reports and provide analyses of the agency's commercial performance.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses a degree in management, business or related field;
• Has previous experience in an administrative or support role in the construction industry;
• Demonstrates strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with various stakeholders;
• Has a good command of office tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software) and is comfortable with new technologies;
• Has a good knowledge of construction processes and current regulations;
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and train continuously;
• Is able to work effectively in a team and maintain good professional relations with customers and partners;
• Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
