Job Title: SAP Finance & Tax Integration ConsultantLocation: Belgium – Remote with occasional visits to client sitesJob Overview:Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance & Tax Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI and related integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing tax engines, understanding EU VAT concepts, and delivering multi-country SAP S/4HANA projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP Finance (FI) implementations and integrations with SD, MM, and FI modules.Implement and configure tax engines, including Vertex O Series, Vertex Accelerator+, and/or Thomson Reuters solutions.Apply deep understanding of EU VAT concepts such as triangulation, chain flows, bonded warehouses, and Intrastat reporting.Design and implement tax processes in S/4HANA, including handling plants abroad, virtual plants, and cross-border operations.Participate in multi-country SAP deployments and implement local tax regulations and localizations.Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency of financial processes.Required Qualifications:10+ years of SAP Finance (FI) experience.Strong experience in SAP integrations with SD/MM/FI.Hands-on experience with Vertex O Series, Vertex Accelerator+, and/or Thomson Reuters tax engines.Deep understanding of EU VAT regulations and concepts.Proven experience in designing and implementing tax concepts in S/4HANA.Experience in multi-country deployments and implementing local tax solutions.Excellent communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with virtual plants, bonded warehouses, or complex supply chain tax scenarios.Experience working with multinational organizations and cross-functional teams.
