Je bent in je element als je:

  • Als QA coördinator, ondersteun je het team in het implementeren van bijkomende EFFCI vereisten, waaronder beheer GDP, records, validatie en verificatie van processen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van contaminantenanalyses voor cosmetica en farmaceutische producten, evalueert de resultaten en stelt corrigerende maatregelen voor.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van productbatchdossiers, het verbeteren van de traceerbaarheid en de vrijgave van kritische eindproducten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van inkomende producten, inclusief de vrijgave van kritische producten, het opstellen van een monitoringplan en de beoordeling van leveranciers.
  • Je monitort de kwaliteit van onze verpakkingslijnen, zowel intern als bij externe partners, inclusief het beheer van vrijgavedossiers en line clearance.
  • Je coördineert en rapporteert root cause analyses bij kritische kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Je voert analyses, evaluaties en verificaties uit van wijzigingen in processen, materialen, systemen en de organisatie (MOC).
  • Je onderhoudt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens de ISO9001-norm, stelt een kwaliteitshandboek op en verzorgt de analyses en rapportages voor de overkoepelende managementreview.
  • Je leidt verbeterprojecten binnen de plant en biedt ondersteuning bij corporate projecten.

In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de Quality Manager.

Je vinkthet volgende af:

  • Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma in wetenschappen of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt praktijkervaring in een ISO9001-gecertificeerde omgeving en met het opstellen van risico-analyses en root cause analyses. Ervaring in de cosmetica- of farmaceutische sector is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en planmatig, en bent resultaatgericht, kritisch en praktisch ingesteld met een proactieve houding.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, leidt verbeterprojecten en hebt een goed oplossend vermogen. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het opstellen van risico-analyses en root cause analyses.
  • Je hebt een vlotte communicatiestijl en kunt je gemakkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
